While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of any damage to property or unforeseen accidents. Clients acknowledge and accept these risks when hiring our services.

Danny’s Tree Services is fully insured, and our team is trained and certified. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Clients are advised to ensure that their own insurance policies are up to date.

By engaging Danny’s Tree Services, clients grant permission for our team to access their property to perform the necessary tree care services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all required permissions from local authorities or neighbors are obtained prior to the commencement of work.

Payment for services rendered by Danny’s Tree Services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Estimates provided by Danny’s Tree Services are based on the initial assessment and are subject to change if additional work is required or if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes to the scope of work and associated costs will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their service appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Danny’s Tree Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

Danny’s Tree Services respects the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected during our business will be used solely for the purpose of providing tree care services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

All content on the Danny’s Tree Services website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Danny’s Tree Services and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

These legal notices and any disputes arising from our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Danny’s Tree Services operates. Clients agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Danny’s Tree Services reserves the right to amend these legal notices at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these notices periodically to stay informed of any changes.
